Process of people management can be taken as a cycle, starting from recruitment, successful training, mentorship, and coaching programs and performance and behaviors appraisal.

    In the last 15 years, his field of interest has been sharing his knowledge and experience via development programs such as business planning, sales team development, coaching, negotiation, leadership, talent management and others.

    The possibility of joining the THRIVITY team for him opens new professional and personal horizons and it is a challenge for the acquired skills and competencies to be put in action in the development of the people, as the most important factor in the business.

    Branko’s relationship with THRIVITY is from the very beginning, despite the fact that at the initial phase of his involvement in the work was reduced to a minimum. With great experience gained through managing several companies in different fields, at the beginning of 2021 Branko takes a bigger role in the operation of the company.

    He comes to the position of CEO and becomes the driving force of THRIVITY sales team. He knows how to be a great motivator known for his perseverance and creativity in overcoming all obstacles that appear on the road to successful sales. Where most see a problem, Branko sees a challenge.

    When not at work or meeting clients, he enjoys cycling, cooking and riding a motorcycle on Balkan roads.

    In her previous 10-year experience in the field of business and entrepreneurship, Marija had the opportunity to learn closely how Macedonian and foreign companies are running their businesses.

    Inspired from the challenges that most of the companies are facing in the area of human capital management and the willingness to work on possible solutions to them, she joins the THRIVITY team in 2019 and follows the mission to create an open, transparent and competitive labor market.

    She personally believes that business is made by people, and therefore she stands for support and development of the people who are looking for a job, as well as for companies that are hiring.

    By joining the THRIVITY team, Simona gets the opportunity to use her previously gained experience in the administrative work of the company, organizing and coordinating the work processes between the teams and supporting the human resources sector.

    The application of the acquired knowledge so far, as well as the opportunity to upgrade and specialize in the segment of the human resources as a coordinator, is a great opportunity to merge the experience with a whole new knowledge, in order to help with the growth and the development of the company.

    Simona is part of the working atmosphere of the company where every day is learning and investing in the development of employees, which is an advantage, but also a key-value which she shares with the customers, associates and colleagues.

    He possesses more than 20 years of experience in international and domestic companies, such as Philip Morris, Accent Media and Euro Tabak, in several positions in sales and marketing, as well as in their management.

    According to Nebojsha, the key factor for success in any company are the people. The development of people and their potential leads to improvement of the organizational culture, the processes in the companies and their development.

    He believes that true leaders create a positive work environment and make it possible for people to perform their tasks creatively, not recreationally.

    When he is not at work, he wants to relax having a nice walk in nature, watching a good game, reading a beautiful book that will fulfill him, but also spending quality time with his family.

    The interest in social sciences and the desire to constantly upgrade her knowledge, led Maria to a master’s degree in Human Resource Management, with a special interest in human development and career-building in companies.

    Strongly believes in a culture of continuous learning and investing time and effort in personal and professional development. She joined the THRIVITY team in March 2020, where part of her work responsibilities and accountabilities are related to the Support center and communication with users.

    In her free time, she enjoys her flower terrace with coffee and a book.

    The family is her safest place to draw energy from and where she improves her skills in planning, organizing and dealing with multiple responsibilities at the same time.

    For more than 20 years, as a part of the catering sector, he has had an opportunity to work with teams of more than 15 people. Although without formal education in the field of human capital, working with people becomes his daily routine and somehow the transition from a “bar” in the THRIVITY team was naturally imposed.

    Several years of experience in the field of social media marketing, gained during the breaks from the catering work, put him in the position of coordinator of marketing activities wherein the tight connection with the marketing agency tries in the simplest and most understandable way to bring the story of THRIVITY to job seekers and to companies that hire.
